Craig at Ardco couldn’t have been more unhelpful. .We bought a cottage that had a 3/4 year old hot tub from Ardco. It had issues as Craig unwittingly was supplying a sub standard product. In the end it failed, we asked for an economical fix but he asked us to follow good money with bad by buying a whole new pump. We asked where we could buy one so we could fix ourselves but he when schtum. Today’s merchants are only about their terms. We got Craig and Lee to install cameras at our building in parry sound, Lee was at our place half and hour early. I actually arrived late but he was still very professional, and made really good suggestions and went above and beyond. Very clean job and after the job was finished Lee cleaned up the after himself and also took some time to explain the system to us. Thank you for the amazing experience. Manish .k
We had a great experience buying our first hot tub from Craig. Friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged the delivery and set up. He went above and beyond oranganizing an appointment to see the tub at the manufacturer before we bought.
