ARD Waterproofing was very responsive from the time of my initial call to the quick time it took them to get to our home and stop water intrusion that had found its way thru a crack in our bilco stairwell. They were professional, very thorough, and clean. Great service, highly recommend!

I would give ARD Waterproofing 7 stars if I could. David and his team are patient, kind, intelligent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a tough job, in a tight small 3ft crawlspace, and David told me upfront it would be difficult, and there may be unforseen things that may come up. Well they did, but he quickly communicated everything to me, and gave me several options on how to proceed. David and his team are true professionals. Unlike others we consulted with, David took the time to diagnose our water problem around the exterior of our foundation resulting from overflow from the current gutter system. His solution was to expand the current downspouts, which couldn't handle the runoff and install an underground drainage system to funnel any overflow.
