Arcus Brothers is one of the worst stores I have ever had the displeasure of stepping into. The building is very run down and the sales person is more cockroach than business man. Arcus Brothers' business model is that of a scam artist. NEVER TAKE THEIR (DISHONEST) WORD FOR ANYTHING, ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
First of all this store is Insipid, they sell literal garbage. When you first walk in the door the guy behind the counter is starts asking you all sorts of unctuous questions. For example "what do you have?", "Let me see it.", and "Come here and let me see it, before you look around." Then he takes whatever you have and touches it all over, without even pausing to ask permission. went in looking for an estate jewelry piece for my wife ( she prefers older settings ) found an outstanding 3 stones diamond ring that when appraised it was worth 4500.00 they sold it to me for only 800.00, I see others say they rip people off but not with me , I dealt with steve arcus
Buyer Beware Buyer beware. The product I purchased didn't work. My mistake for not testing it before I left, but shame on Steve for selling something that didn't work. I was blamed for breaking it. Never again.

150 dollar receiver – I just purchased a stereo receiver here on dec 9 2010. The guy told me this thing works perfect had me sign my name on the receipt and off I went first stop was radioshack to get the jack to hookup my ipod then off to my moms for dinner in berwick I brought the receiver in to make sure it turned on and what do u knw the thing won't even light up turn on or nothing I called back the pawn shop only to here the man who sold it to me say no it works perfect maybe I blew a fuse or something keep playing with... read more
