Extremely poor customer service. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was cold. The lady who greeted us seemed like she couldn't wait for us to walk back out the door, and the man at the nearby desk completely ignored our presence. It’s a shame to see staff who have zero interest in representing the business well.
