Woke up with no heat....called Arctica heating and cooling. Young lady (really nice) answered and told me she could have someone within an hour or so. Technician came in, very polite, had a look at system and found fault. Repaired within an hour. Thank You Arctica!
I had them come in to turn my furnace back on right before the christmas break. I paid cash and got my receipt. 3 months later they called me to say we had an outstanding bill and wanted us to etransfer. I asked them to send me that receipt. It had a different address not my own, and they never contacted me again after I called them out. Shady business.
