I’ve been coming to Article Training Center for a while now, and I honestly love it here. A good friend recommended it to me since he’s been coming for a long time, and I’m really glad I listened. The coaches are super knowledgeable and down to earth especially Dania and Alex. They’re amazing and genuinely so sweet. Training here, especially in Jiu Jitsu, really shows you discipline and gives you the encouragement you need. I’m excited to sign up once I get my schedule figured out. Definitely a place I’d recommend!
I’ve been to Arctic a few times now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how this gym operates. The coaches dedicate genuine time and attention to anyone new to Jiu Jitsu or any of the other MMA classes they offer, making sure you’re learning as much as possible every time you’re there. They’re highly skilled and run some of the best classes in the Chicago suburbs. On top of that, their hospitality is second to none — they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended!

An amazing gym! The coaches really care about you and they try their best to train and teach you how to live a healthier life. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to live a healthier and more conscientious life.
This training center is very nice and clean. Coaches are experienced and very dedicated. My son has been coming to this center for two years now and he always loves practicing here. Coaches are teaching kids respect and discipline which I think is very important . I love this place!
