We had 11 windows installed. The whole process working with them was easy and very smooth. There was a mixup with one of the windows that was ordered, but they took it on and made it right without any hassle. I very much appreciated working with them and would highly recommend.

They did a great job
Just had 5 windows replaced by Artic Star, two basement and 3 main floor windows. I live in an old house and the inside of my house is plaster, so you can image the mess when you are taking out old windows. The team came replaced the windows and cleaned up as they went. Great job! Thanks so much. This company was great to deal with right from the estimate to arranging the install to completion. I would recommend to company to anyone replacing their windows and doors.
I can’t say enough about this business. Not only were they prompt from the beginning to the end (from the quote to installation) but their customer service is top notch. I dealt with Sara and Pedro mainly and they were amazing! They were always quick to respond to any questions I had and always provided the best customer service.
