Nick from Arctic Spas has been knowledgeable and reliable since we first called and put an inquiry in about their hot tubs. We have loved our spa experience with Arctic since day one!
We purchased our spa from Arctic Spa St. Louis a couple of years ago. Tom and Nick are always so friendly and helpful. We love our saltwater with Spaboy tub.
After reviewing swim/spas and all-weather pools from all manufactures, I chose the Arctic Spa company because of their quality, superior engineering and construction. I bought the Ocean model swim/spa with the rowing/fitness kit in August of 2024 from Arctic Spa of Ellisville Missouri and it has exceeded all of what I hoped for since its installation.
