I’ve had nothing but problems with my spa since I bought it. I’m trying to get somebody out to fix it also takes forever and I’m sitting here with a spa that doesn’t work. No one will return my calls or emails

I had a great experience learning about and eventually purchasing a swim spa. Jasmine and Kevin spoke with me on multiple occasions by phone and in person. They were very patient with questions. Kevin came over and spent more than an hour Setting up the spa and helping me understand all of the operations of the spa. They continue to answer questions and provide support. We love our arctic swim spa.
Installed Summit Arctic Spa this fall. Love the spa. It works great and is very relaxing. Also, great service from Kevin at Artic Spas Sacramento. Had a WiFi issue with the Arctic App connecting to the spa. Kevin came out same day and boosted the signal so it now connects reliably. I highly recommend Kevin's team at Arctic Spas Sacramento.
