We recently purchased our hot tub and had a couple small issues that required a service tech. The young man’s name if I remember was John. He came to our home and spend a few minutes chatting with me about my experience and the issues I had so far. He went through a few things with me and was quite friendly and easy to talk too. Super awesome staff and great prices. Larry is the hot tub boss 😎 found me all the parts I needed to modernize some plumbing in an old tub, and for a considerably cheaper amount than I was expecting. 10/10 would recommend! Manufactured in Alberta by people who live and work here, pretty neat!

Warning! Be cautious! Last May, we bought what we thought was our dream hot tub. After reading some positive reviews, we decided to go with Arctic Spa, wanting to support local businesses as well. Unfortunately, we've been living through a nightmare ever since. The technician came multiple times to repair our hot tub, but nothing fixed the problems.
