Went in with a hard water / scale issue that I didn't know how to fix correctly, got great information to fix the problem. The gentleman and lady there were great to deal with. Thank you for the help today.
Always good service! We had a major issue with our hot tub cover and Arctic spas fixed the problem in a more than fair way. IMO these hot tubs are superior in the winter. Worth the investment 100%

Today arctic spa came and replaced the light that was broken - thank you for reaching out and rectifying the situation. It seems like companies who care about their customers experiences are arare commodity and we are very grateful to them for trying to make it right.
