Terrible sales/service. Went to get supplies and asked about the hot tub sale. Guy seemed more inconvenienced getting up from his desk than to show me some hot tubs. Place sure has gone downhill.
We purchased an Arctic Swim Spa in August. Apparently Quesnel Arctic Spa had changed ownership and is now owned by an absentee owner. The spa is amazing however the service from the dealer was awful. They delivered the wrong covers and then tried to tell us they were correct. They gave us the wrong information on how to set up the Spa (we had paid for delivery and set up - but they just gave us the wrong instructions and left it to us). This is the worst of all the arctic spa locations in b.c. The owner is a crook and the people working there have no idea what they are doing. The Prince George location is much better and much more professional. strongly recommend going to P.G. for all your spa needs.
Great service from Caleb and Jake! We had a second hand hot tub that was having water issues, they got things sorted out and now we have perfectly clear water! Very friendly and personable, too!
We are first time hot tub owners and are thoroughly enjoying the Arctic Spa Eagle. The sales associate, Caleb, was a pleasure to deal with. Arctic Spa have a good service team and will help whenever the need arises.
