Bought a hot tub in February, they said we could expect it to take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the tub to be ready. It was ready in 3 weeks! They have called to check in on us a month after delivery and to see if we need help with anything! Everyone here will go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied. We recently had service completed by Arctic Spas Collingwood and could not be happier with the experience. Tyler, the technician, is knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough. I made an appointment for a home visit; the only down side is that they give you a whole day, not a window in the day, so you need to be around for whenever they show up (this is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, fixed what needed to be repaired, and made suggestions on improvements (that I welcomed), but was never pushy or up-selly.
I have an older hot tub and I have spoken to Kari a couple of times for help with my tub. EVERY single time I have spoken to her she has been amazing and so knowledgeable about everything and has been such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them and give them a 5 star rating. One day when I can afford a new hot tub I will be buying it from there. Thank you again Kari for everything.
I was dissatisfied w current hot tub company's inability to fix a major leak in my older hot tub at great expense. I called Arctic Spa out of frustration and have been more then pleased w the service and value. Tyler, the technician, responded to my urgent service needs. He even returned the next day to check the repair. Highly recommend!!
