We’ve owned three Arctic Spas hot tubs over the years, and each one has been very reliable. We’ve used them from sunny days to snow blizzards, giving us many happy times and memories with our family. We didn’t replace the first two due to wear, they were left at properties we sold. Our latest hot tub, installed at our Airbnb, has been in constant use for nearly a year and remains 100% reliable, handling the demands of many guests perfectly. First time using Arctic Spas, there were a few booking issues which were quickly and professionally resolved. Our engineer Kieran was professional and extremely informative about the service giving practical advice in how to maintain our spa reassuring us that help and advice is only a phone call away. I would highly recommend the company especially Kieran.
The best service and advice and rather super hot tubs
Delivered today. Excellent service and hard work for very difficult terrain across a steep field and up an even steeper bank into garden. Well done everyone. Never gave up or considered it.
Purchased a hot tub in March, and after some initial teething issues it is now working well. Arctic Spas continued to work the issue which turned out to be poor Wi-Fi coverage, which was fixed with an extender. Would definitely recommend Arctic Spas for a hot tub purchase
