We bought our spa from the London location 2 years ago and the whole team has been fabulous. From the store staff that tests our water and lays out a chemical plan for our spa to the service department who are always available. The technician that comes out to our house is friendly, usually is able to fix our concerns the same day and takes the time to answer any questions I have for him. I am so happy we went with the London store to buy our second Arctic Spa!!! It has been fabulous! 🎊🎉🎊🎉
So helpful. I bought a new to me Arctic Spa hot tub and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Cory helped me start to finish on everything I needed. He has been an absolute saving grace! Absolutely worth my hour drive just to deal with Cory - highly recommend.
Arctic Spas London has been a pleasure to work with! After researching hot tubs and visiting other dealers in the city we were blown away with the detail and patience Cory provided us with. We learned so much from our first visit and left feeling confident with the knew knowledge we gained but also not pressured in any way. stopped in today for an water test , the guy who was was helping us was verry unfriendly it looked like we prevented him to have a break he had his coat on and my wife made a joke about if it was too cold he said that he was about to go for a break . he took the test bottle and started the water test , he asked me if i had added any chemicals today i said yes then he got very upset about that and did not really want to do the test . i said i want to know what is missing or too much ,he did the test threw the test at me and s... read more
