Took 5 days of back and forth email of me asking for a service call. Finally told that to go elsewhere as my tub was CalSpa - not one of theirs. Plumbing issue ... same parts - once they asked and found out my tub was different, I was told they were too busy to help. My thought - ... if they are too busy fixing hot tubs in May (lower usage), how good are they when people use them more often. May be a good product, I cannot confirm - but I do know that if I am looking in the future, zero chance I will go to them.
I went elsewhere. I’ve had an Arctic Spas tub for many years and while the product is great- the service at this store is terrible. I called April 22nd to order a new cover. They told me it would be about a week. After a week and a half I called the store back to find out the status of my cover. On May 5th I was told it wasn’t in and that “they were just low on inventory and had to maintain a supply for their deliveries “. Wow! Just wow! Very impressed with Arctic Spa London from our initial visit with Cory and Greg to installation day with Mike and the guys from OHTS!!!! They braved the cold temperatures, removed our old tub and got us up and running in no time! Thank YOU!!!☺️
