We purchased a salt water hot tub from Arctic Spas recently. Cory was delightful to deal with and even went out of his way to troubleshoot a tricky delivery. The after sales and water care support we’ve received has been excellent and we are very grateful for Cory’s expertise to allow us to enjoy our tub with little effort. Thank you!
We shopped around at many other competitive dealers in the area and landed back at Arctic Spas. Special shout tour to Cory! He provided us with excellent service by showcasing all of the features and options available to us, he even did a personal site visit to see if the location was going to accommodate the tub we wanted. Took 5 days of back and forth email of me asking for a service call. Finally told that to go elsewhere as my tub was CalSpa - not one of theirs. Plumbing issue ... same parts - once they asked and found out my tub was different, I was told they were too busy to help. My thought - ... if they are too busy fixing hot tubs in May (lower usage), how good are they when people use them more often. May be a good product, I cannot confirm - but I do know that if I am looking in the future, zero chance I will go to them.
I went elsewhere. I’ve had an Arctic Spas tub for many years and while the product is great- the service at this store is terrible. I called April 22nd to order a new cover. They told me it would be about a week. After a week and a half I called the store back to find out the status of my cover. On May 5th I was told it wasn’t in and that “they were just low on inventory and had to maintain a supply for their deliveries “.
