We found all the staff in Kelowna super helpful in getting us set up with our new hot tub and have always been very quick to answer our questions. The people doing the installation were very professional and also really helpful.
We purchased an all weather pool in the fall of 2024, and it was one of our best decisions to purchase from the fine folks at Kelowna Artic Spa. The quality of their product is second to none, and the quality of service we received in our purchase and after sales service is top notch!
Kelowna Arctic Spas, not only provides a superior product, it also provides top notch service. We absolutely love our hot tub. We find it not at all difficult to maintain, and when we do have questions, the staff is very very helpful in assisting us. I was a little hesitant about a hot tub period, but thank gosh we picked the right company to buy from. Love our hot tub.Thanks very much
