The Arctic Spa team has been a pleasure to work with. The people I have dealt with have been very knowledgable and willing to explain details and answer my questions. I have only had my spa a few days, but so far I love my spa and I feel confident that the team will be there if I run into challenges as I learn this new system.
The guys that installed our spa were great, they explained everything and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
Cannot recommend Arctic Spa Kelowna enough. Vern was a delight to deal with in sales. Beyond knowledgeable about the product and technology. Install and start up team did a fantastic job getting the tub placed into the deck without damaging or scratching anything. The smart PH system is 10/10. Love how little maintenance is required on my end. I love the hot tub as part of my daily wind down after work. Highly recommend contacting arctic spa Kelowna if you’re in the market for a quality hot tub and great overall service.
