We love our new spa. Our installation went well. Staff are wonderful and so helpful.
I did my homework and Arctic Spa ,salt water is the way to go! Any questions were answered with no heavy sales push with Vern giving all the info needed. As a first time spa owner, they told me of who to do the wiring and delivery and the guys setting it up did an awesome job, explaining as they worked. I have stopped in or phoned with questions and all have been answered with answers you can understand! We have purchased two tubs from arctic spa! We had minimal problems with either tub. If we did have any problems customer service is outstanding.! Someone always available to trouble shoot or show up to the house ! Highly recommend!
Outstanding service again and again! Kudos to Morgan and Zak for making my re-installation seamless after 18 months of storage! would not hesitate to recommend Arctic Spas!
Had an issue with the heater in my hot tub. Zac arrived to diagnose the problem and was very polite professional and courteous. Found the problem did the necessary repairs and left everything clean and back to original. So nice to see someone that is so proud and happy for his technical skills and knowledge of his trade. Definitely would use and recommend him again.
