Arctic Spas provided me help with One of the biggest reasons is the saltwater feature, my wife has sensitive skin and would have to avoid our old spa, with the Arctic Fox it has solved that problem, thanks. I enjoyed that Arctic Spas has features, options, and services like the fact that we don't have to add chemicals on a regular basis is great. And of course, the saltwater makes a big difference.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arctic Spas. Over the past two years, I purchased seven hot tubs and was encouraged by Casey, a service technician, to purchase extended warranties on all of them. Based on his assurances regarding service and support, I agreed and paid for the extended warranties. Initially, Casey was responsive and helpful whenever service or repair issues arose. Casey has done an incredible job installing our gazebo. He was fast, efficient and extremely polite. His only goal was to make sure we were satisfied with his work, and we are way beyond satisfied. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee representing your company.

We recently had a wonderful experience with Arctic Spas and wanted to recognize both Melissa and Casey for their outstanding customer service. When I first visited the showroom, Melissa was incredibly helpful.
