Excellent service (cold plunge) at remote location (St George Marathon)!!
2 year update: this spa is amazing!! For numerous reasons we have not been in it since May. We checked the water level once this summer but besides that we have not touched it. Opened it today and it was perfect. Crystal clear water, no icky water line, nothing!! So very happy we bought from Arctic Spas with zero regrets 6 month update: We are absolutely loving our swim spa! Super simple to take care of and uses little chemicals or cleaning. I have had a fantastic experience with Arctic Spas. I have a home in Duck Creek and work with Casey in the St George location for all my servicing and the many questions I’ve had about my spa. He is very knowledgeable and always responsive to my needs. He has provided outstanding customer service and technical service of my spa. I love my spa and I have been very happy with the after purchase service I’ve received. I would highly recommend Arctic Spas!
