Extremely Disappointed with service. I called to purchase a new spa as my last one I purchased from a different business owner that stocked Arctic spas. I was talked into purchasing a second hand spa that turned out to be from one of this business owners mates. Delivery day was not given even after payment in full. Delivery driver not familiar with company or the spas after owner had told me he was his regular delivery driver delivery driver was not familiar with the truck or how to use the crane on it. Website incorrect. There is no showroom at this address.
We have had our Vortex Aquagym Max swim spa since 2011 and whilst we love it, we had fallen out of love with the cover! It was faded, waterlogged, heavy & hard to move and the velcro fastening no longer worked so we were losing heat and debris and rain water was getting into the pool. We started looking at new covers (this would be the third one in 6 years!) and found End2End online, so we got a quote. Hi Andrew thanks for the part for the ethernet cable. All the work is done on the inside of the spa and it is working well. The family love it and think that you are a super hero for helping me get it working again. Just started to strip the timber on the cabinet to bring it back to timber and then will reoil.
