The manager was friendly and very helpful during my recent visit.
I had an issue with my new spa. I called the service department and they sent Bobby the technician out right away. He discovered I had a defective generator and changed it out that day. Now my spa runs great. Bobby followed up a few times to make sure that I was fully satisfied. If ever need of service at Arctic Spa in Denver ask for Bobby.
These guys took great care of me, got me a spa super fast at a great deal, and have been super patient with me as a new spa owner. The spa itself is great, I use it often and have no complaints so far!
Cory is the most honest and caring salesman you could ask for when buying a hot tub. Please work with him and you won't be disappointed!
