Fantastic support. I brought an (old) broken hot tub pump in for diagnosis. They could have upsold me a replacement for a few hundred pounds, but they suggested I first try a £22 part. They sent me a link, I bought the part, did the fix myself, and it works like new!
Artic spas Rosebank has changed hands numerous times since 2021. No technicians for warranty work have been trying to get tub repaired since Oct 2023 . Don't recommend
Steer clear! I have bought 3 hot tubs through this business and had nothing but trouble with all 3 and now Martin has vanished into thin air leaving me with a refurbed unit that hasn't worked properly since it was installed only a few months ago and arctic spas themselves won't take anything to do with it, even when the tub came from them!! My other unit which was brand new less than a year ago has had just about every component replaced! Had to get out an independent engineer so fingers crossed this one works for a while no... read more

Fantastic service from Martin. Nothing was too much trouble and the hot tub is amazing 🤩. Highly recommend.
