We bought a Core Lunar from Richard in Campbell River. He assisted us in deciding what would fit our needs and we are loving it! The delivery was smooth with a perfect install and a thorough explanation of care and maintenance. We had questions in the first month and Richard has answered them all! We love the choice of a lounger and seats. We truly use them all! The maintenance is so easy and the overall experience is great! We added a weighted pillow which is helpful for short people in the lounger...highly recommend it.
We purchased our tub 4 years ago and Richard won us over quickly with his vast knowledge of the tubs/chemistry and his incredible customer service. Richard has been, and continues to be highly responsive when I text him with a question or change in my tub chemistry. I have been able to text him photos of my water or tub settings and he has been able to give accurate support by text, phone call, or in many cases he has been able to stop by within hours to get my tub back on track. I can't say enough about the great service we have received from Arctic Spas in Campbell River. First of all the hot tub we bought is exceptional and goes to show there are hot tubs, then there are hot tubs. The quality is super great. To go with that the service has been exceptional. Richard and Justin are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Consider these guys closely when deciding on a hot tub supplier. 👍
