Trevor and Ken were awesome helping us identify what our needs were and getting us up the way we needed to go
I’ve had my spa for about a year and a half. This company does a great job with customer service. I have never had a bad experience. From the initial set up to servicing and picking up supplies, the people I have interacted with have been great.
Very easy to get along with these folks. Install was great and spa school was a nice touch.
I love Arctic Spas. We own two homes and Arctic Spas are at both homes. Luke and Ken at Arctic Spas Boise are the best, very helpful, kind, and understanding of any needs and service and parts. There is no reason to Shop anywhere else. Dan
