Friendly and responsive. Reasonable prices
Excellent! Andrew Church, lead tech at Arctic Spas Boise, stopped by for a service call on my spa. The spa was installed 6 years ago and has operated flawlessly. This service call was for a faulty temperature display, which happened to miraculously self repair and function without error. Andrew did a great job. He checked the systems out, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He was personable, respectful and enjoyable to work with. I’ll definitely contact Andrew for any future service needs.

Luke and Andrew were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had. Took them about an hour from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. My hot tub is perfect and delivery went very smoothly! UPDATE!!!! Long story short. After getting our new spa, it kept flipping our breaker off. It would stay on for no longer than five hours. Arctic Spa of Boise was great! They answered all our questions. Gave us the opportunity to review all the options and helped ensure we got the hot tub that would best fit our needs. Furthemore, Andrew gave us great tips regarding electrical access to the hot tub and considerations for future hot tub maintenance before the site preparation which proved to be very helpful.
