I've never bought a new hot tub from here but they sold me an excellent used one. I've had it since 2008. I've repaired few tubs and they usually have all the parts I need in stock. Great friendly staff.

Friendly staff that are knowledgeable and very helpful. Especially to new hot tub owners like myself.
Bill and the staff at Arctic spa are absolutely phenomenal! My hot tub is 11 years old and in spite of any issues that I’ve had, the service has been great. They are always available to provide assistance over the phone which is wonderful since I live over an hour away from Lloydminster. With their combination of a quality spa and excellent service, you will do well dealing with this company!! Sincere thanks to all of them.
I absolutely love our Arctic Spa with the Spa Boy package. So easy to maintain. Bill and his staff are amazing to work with and are always happy to help when needed. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a spa.
