Rafik provided absolutely wonderful customer service. He REALLY took the time to explain everything about spas without trying to upsell anything (cant say the same for the likes of Club Piscine and Trevi...). We stayed there for a good 2 hours and Rafik was in absolute no hurry, he really had our best interest in mind. The delivery of our spa was very flexible and the staff who installed it were super nice and understanding (we had issues with our foundation).
