We purchased a hot tub and sauna from Arctic Spa last year. The hot tub is great. The day we paid the final deposit on the sauna, it rained and we realized that the sauna leaks. Like a lot, and everywhere. We contacted Arctic Spa but it was too late in the year for them to come back. We repeatedly followed up in the spring and eventually they came in June, 7 months later. Very poor customer service/support for the thousands spent on a tub. Great Tub ..poor customer service.

All I can say about Ottawa Artic Spa is good thing HQ is available to answer my questions. When I received my Cub salt water hot tub, Ottawa Artic Spa sent one pail of salt - no kit and no instructions. No problem, I can call their service department (as per the sales person). I called about 8 times with no support, as Victoria was always unavailable. She was to call me when she had time, but no call. When I called back again today, they gave me the number at HQ to call to answer any of my questions. Why not give me that num... read more

We've owned an Arctic Spa hot tub for the past 5 years. We had one issue recently with it and received exceptional customer service and help for that issue! We would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone seeking a hot tub!
