Arctic Spas and Splash pools were wonderful to work with! A major remake of our yard to set up our sauna and cold tub was smooth and painless! We are extremely happy with the end result, the customer service, and the products. Ryan took great care of us and was readily available to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer to others!

Such a great product for northern climates; great experience of buying - with good advice and practical suggestions without pressure to buy; on schedule removal of old tub and install of new with great team; post install a brief customer service exchange that almost ruined the experience but was quickly rescued by a manager. Highly recommend.

We bought a swim spa here because we were told their customer service company (Splash Pools) was great and we liked the thought of having an in-house repair service with our warranty. The swim spa arrived with the trim completely falling off, and we've been trying for over a year to get someone to come and fix it (they keep saying they'll come, then don't come and don't call back). Arctic Spa customer service was great, but their warranty service through Splash Pools is terrible/non-existent. Would not recommend.
