During my first visit, I brought the van in for an oil leak on the compressor. I dropped it off early in the afternoon and called later that day to check on the status. Good service nice staff
I had a reefer container that needed an urgent service call for a malfunctioning defroster, called them up to see if they could schedule an appointment, and first thing they asked for is our credit card info. I asked if they have anyone available for that same day and was denied to provide any further details unless I give them my cc info. Reluctantly, I gave in since I needed my unit fixed.
