I call the due to a high humidity problem and mold in my house. They came out the same day. The technician, Miguel was very professional and friendly. Explained possible causes and what he would check. First check air conditioner and then the crawl space for water since we had so much rain. Found the problem in the crawl space, return duck became disconnected. Easy fix. Also found a dead Fluffy (cat) stuck in duck work. Problem fixed. Highly recommend
