Update: Yes, I understand there is a travel fee. I am not complaining about that charge. I am complaining about the service tech labor charge. They are here for 1 hour (or less but I understand I am to be charged 1 hr) but I get charged for 2 hrs or more. For 2 years, I have been overcharged for the time to do a yearly maintenance check. My husband called and had them come take a look at replacing our hvac. They came, gave us an estimate and a 2 week estimate. I hadn’t heard anything from anyone at 2.5 weeks so I gave them a call. They states it’s going to be a couple more weeks. I find out that they then emailed my husband saying the factory is using a new system and hasn’t given them any updates on when the parts would be ready.
