The team at Arctic did a great job figuring out the our furnace issue, ordered the parts needed and made the necessary repairs. When they were finished they also cleaned up the basement. Love these guys!
Update: Yes, I understand there is a travel fee. I am not complaining about that charge. I am complaining about the service tech labor charge. They are here for 1 hour (or less but I understand I am to be charged 1 hr) but I get charged for 2 hrs or more. For 2 years, I have been overcharged for the time to do a yearly maintenance check. After arguing with them each time, I was given the correct labor time of 1 hour. The office staff was rude even when I said I have recordings of them coming and going. My husband called and had them come take a look at replacing our hvac. They came, gave us an estimate and a 2 week estimate. I hadn’t heard anything from anyone at 2.5 weeks so I gave them a call. They states it’s going to be a couple more weeks. I find out that they then emailed my husband saying the factory is using a new system and hasn’t given them any updates on when the parts would be ready.
