Very knowledgeable giys
The team at Arctic did a great job figuring out the our furnace issue, ordered the parts needed and made the necessary repairs. When they were finished they also cleaned up the basement. Love these guys!
Update: Yes, I understand there is a travel fee. I am not complaining about that charge. I am complaining about the service tech labor charge. They are here for 1 hour (or less but I understand I am to be charged 1 hr) but I get charged for 2 hrs or more. For 2 years, I have been overcharged for the time to do a yearly maintenance check. After arguing with them each time, I was given the correct labor time of 1 hour. The office staff was rude even when I said I have recordings of them coming and going.
