The person I spoke with on the phone told me that I would have someone come by the next day between 8am and noon for an estimate and work. At noon the next day no one had showed. When I called apparently my information had not even been entered and service had not been scheduled and they couldn't get anyone out to me. Can't speak to their actual work but if you call to schedule an appointment get a confirmation and the name of the person you speak to. Apparently their schedulers aren't the best.
When our pipes sprung a leak, Arctic Plumbing & Air's team arrived promptly and took care of the issue without any hassle. When I have an emergency like this, I know I can count on them.
