Our business has used Arctic Office for many many years & always been happy with their service & products. When we need a callout they get to us in a very timely manner or up front if there will be a wait. Their staff is courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable!
Buyer beware: poor customer service, lack of responsiveness and no real sense of urgency. People seem nice, but if you need to get the job done on a timeline go somewhere else! (review left ~2016) Gave Arctic Office products another chance (2021) and this time they delivered prompt and attentive service. Perhaps they have learned if you don't take care of customers they will not take care of you. Glad to see the improvement.
