Went to get a link removed from my watch. Was quick and painless and they offered to let me come back and get another off for free if I didnt like the fitment after a couple days.
Amazing service. I went in to get a ring resized, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable. They had it ready the same day, and the craftsmanship is flawless. I can’t see any trace of where it was cut and resized. The ring looks perfect.
I went in today to get a bracelet repaired. Service was impeccable and to my surprise, the bracelet was also repaired today. Great service and quality of work is top notch. Highly recommend.
Arctic Jewellers did beautiful custom work with my loose stone. The design details are flawless, and the customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. Truly top-tier craftsmanship.
