Just took delivery of our Arctic Spa Timberwolf we went with the saltwater version and am supper please. Let’s start with our sales guy Garry he was awesome! He was very helpful, helping us select our first ever hot tub, super knowledgeable and was not pushy. Once we placed our order, the tub arrived on time with no issues. Great Service in sales and delivery
I walked into Arctic Spa Vaughan knowing nothing about hot tubs, and Gio took the time to explain everything to me. It felt overwhelming at first, but he guided me through the whole process and answered weeks of questions patiently. He eventually helped me choose the Cub, and now I’m enjoying it every week — it’s become an important part of my health and wellness routine - no joke.
We just had our new Arctic Spa delivered yesterday and Monte and his team were amazing!! The efficiently delivered the tub, were very professional and thoroughly explained the set up and operation to us. We also spoke with Garry, our Sales Associate, who helped clarify a couple of things for us. Now we are looking forward to enjoying the spa.
Solid tub, built well and has never disappointed me. Spa boy is a must, makes spas more enjoyable and keeps the maintenance time to a minimum. Nathan was a great rep and listened to our wants, which made the whole sale a breeze. Good job guys!! P. S the delivery team was awesome! Second part to add, had an issue with my PH being low. Couldn't get it to balance. Called left a message got a call back within 10 mins. They were able to tap into my spaboy over wifi and tell me what to do. Fixed my problem.
