I am extremely pleased with the work that Hayley did in servicing our hot tub. Firstly, she come out in the bitter cold, and went through step by step to figure out the issue. She was highly professional, friendly, and thorough. We had a tricky issue, but Hayley was constantly communicating with me, and advising me of next steps. I also went and bought my filters here and surprisingly they had them in stock. Overall extremely pleased. Thanks again!
Kudos to the Arctic Spa service team at Ajax. Had some issues with our hot tub and had Marty (service tech) came out to fix them. Professional and on time. Did the job in terrible weather!! Super pleased with the results. We are happy customers.
My Arctic Spa just had it's 20th birthday! In retrospect it's been one of the best investments I've made in mine and my family's health. However my experience hasn't always been a bed of roses.
