Our technician, Nick was very friendly, personable and patient in explaining what went wrong with our Arctic Hot Tub, Yukon model. Our support employee Jesse is always helpful when I phone for support with our hot tub. He is very patient and thorough in trying to solve our issues talking me through a number of trouble shooting steps. We have own Arctic Hot tubs for almost 20 years and have always been happy with our experience. We have even recommended our friends to purchase Arctic Hot tubs and they are happy we did too.
Nick was very knowledgeable and addressed any issues we were having. After completing the pump replacement he did a thorough check of all components to make sure everything was working properly. He even went the extra mile to assure the water was balanced prior to leaving. Very friendly guy.
