Kudos to the Arctic Spa service team at Ajax. Had some issues with our hot tub and had Marty (service tech) came out to fix them. Professional and on time. Did the job in terrible weather!! Super pleased with the results. We are happy customers.
My Arctic Spa just had it's 20th birthday! In retrospect it's been one of the best investments I've made in mine and my family's health. However my experience hasn't always been a bed of roses. Arctic Spas Durham staff were very professional and helpful from start to finish. Everyone I encountered explained things clearly and made me feel valued as a customer.
