Our Ocean spa had a small leak and the SpaBoy system wasn’t reading the ph levels properly. Jesse sent Bodin out to investigate. He found the leak (no small feat) and made the necessary repairs to stop the leak and to the SpaBoy probe to get us back in our spa in no time.
Hi there, I have a 4 year old Summit XL Hotub and it needed some repairs / adjustments and things more complicated than I am able to deal with, so I called Arctic and they sent out Hayley and Markus, and within 2 hours - tub was back running as good as when I installed it. Purchased a Summit hot tub from these guys for Christmas about 18 months ago. I have had it running through 2 brutal winters and haven't had a single problem with it in all that time. Went to get in the tub a few days ago to find it empty. Called Arctic Hot Tubs and spoke to Jesse who sent a tech out in 24 hours. We recently had our Arctic Hot Tubs Tundra serviced by Ryan M., and the experience was great. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything taken care of efficiently. Jesse from the support team was also very helpful and easy to work with. Overall, excellent service and a positive experience.
