I had Tony install the emergency transfer switch for my generator. While doing the work to install the new transfer box on the pole he found that I had one of two main breaks that fed to the house was damaged and needed to be replaced. Once discovered it had to be fixed now. He tracked down the part and had to go to town to find the only one in town. He did this all at -25 and did not charge me extra. We had an emergency generator switch installed. Very professional with great communication skills and the install was completed within the estimated time. They walked through the items we as the home owner wanted to run during an outage then with their help we prioritized the remaining items. And it is up to code where it won’t back feed to the power lines keeping the linemen safe. The most helpful thing was when we did a trial run with our generator.
