It is an almost impossible to deal with company. I wish i could sue my developer for nominating them as a water tank rental provider
0 Stars (if possible) I strongly advise people to avoid this company. My experience with Arctic Home Services and Jason was extremely disappointing. I found the service unprofessional, and I felt misled throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
Absolutely horrible service! Do not wait for them to service any of your rented equipment. They make excuses and do nothing. Nothing meaning they dont show up just keep saying there trying to contact there technical rep. Avoid at all cost. No urgency to help you and your family.

I am writing this review to warn future new home buyers in Ontario about the highly questionable contract interpretations and billing practices used by Arctic Home Services Inc.My partner and I took occupancy of our new home with a signed Water Heater Rental Agreement.
