Worst company to get the service from. Customer service is garbage. Employee name Jason should be fired. He doesn't know how to talk with people. He is rude & he has no knowledge about the prices of heaters in the market. He arguments with customers for no reason. He doesn't respect them. I am not sure why company is not taking action against him.
Total rental scam practices and contracts made through builders at ridiculous prices. After four years of rental payments, why is my buyout option three times more expensive than purchasing the same unit off the shelf? There are no regular services, and maintenance is neither well-covered nor properly communicated. It appears there are no regulations controlling such practices, which leaves even educated people trapped. Scammers …stay away…..they work with builders to scam you and increase price every year and then force you to pay hefty price for an old unit. Do not buy the house from the builder if they are the hot water tank providers.
I haven't even used their service to charge me $62 a month. This is just stealing.
had to wait not than 24 hours before somebody come fixing the water tank. Very frustrating
