Total rental scam practices and contracts made through builders at ridiculous prices. After four years of rental payments, why is my buyout option three times more expensive than purchasing the same unit off the shelf? Scammers …stay away…..they work with builders to scam you and increase price every year and then force you to pay hefty price for an old unit. Do not buy the house from the builder if they are the hot water tank providers.
I haven't even used their service to charge me $62 a month. This is just stealing.
