Quinn and Jeremiah were excellent in fixing our hot tub. They were knowledgeable and professional with excellent communication skills. I was very please with how personable they were and how prompt they were able to get the tub figured out and fixed. I would also like to rave about Chuck and Jon, they both work at the Palmer store. We have always had a good experience whenever we go in to buy products. They are always very friendly and able to get our needs met.
RecommendedI would highly recommend doing business with these guys. Undoubtedly they have the most friendly and knowledgeable service technicians I have ever dealt with. In fact the whole staff is great!
The technicians worked with me to identify the problem with my hot tub, instead of just throwing parts and money at it. The tub is 15 years old, but they had the parts in stock. I would definitely buy from them again.
My expereince so far has been GREAT. I moved here from outside Alaska, and you would think they would be getting a steal being the only hot tub store in town. This is NOT the case at all! I have been working with Steve over several months as I was purchasing a home. He was never pushy and always helped me with my (many) questions. Three months after I first came in, to no fault of theirs, I have been unable to responsibly purchase/finance a hot tub. I give them 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars for technical and price. We continue to use them and are glad they are in town.
