Came earlier then quoted time, which was great cause I work third shift and sleep during the day. They did the job good and fast. They was nice and easy to talk to. Will differently calling them again when I’m in a pinch.

Our mini split AC stopped cooling properly, I put calls out to 3 different AC companies who didn't reach back out. Artic responded right away and had the problem solved quickly. Great customer service!

We weren’t expecting to find someone to come out on a weekend but we called Saturday evening and Jackie was here Sunday morning. He was able to get our A/C back up and running quickly. Highly recommend this company!

Jackie went above and beyond to restore our HVAC that suddenly stopped. It would have been very easy to tell us that the part needed would delay the repair, but he went the extra mile to get us up and running. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.
