Ali H. arrived with such a friendly disposition. She serviced the furnace and quickly assessed 2 problem areas. These were attended to and parts were ordered. She returned the next day and completed the fix. What a joy to meet someone so young, polite and cheerful, which of course results in her great work ethics. She is indeed an asset to tour business. Postma installed our furnace and air conditioner from Lennox with the feel the love program. The installation was handled with care, including above and beyond. They used terminology and language with easy descriptions when answering our questions. They told us about a program that would cover maintenance and discount on a filters that would be brought to the house and talked about different water heaters and problems that can happen when we asked questions about ours, which they weren’t even there for.
