Arctic heating and cool was great. When our AC stopped working, I called Kim and she was able to schedule me right away. Steve came out the next day and was able to repair our unit and gave us some tips on how to maintain it. They are my go-to for heating and cooling.
A couple of weeks ago, our 6-year-old Trane AC unit suddenly stopped working. We had a different HVAC company come out and they told us it would cost $3,800 to repair or $9,000 to replace. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. Arctic came out, inspected everything, and found that mice had chewed through some wires. They fixed it on the spot—for only $200!
