Very unprofessional, not responsive at all. they would have an agreement with you on terms and then turn away from it when it comes to in writing/ quotation.

Good Guys!! Called over 50 people during this 108° heat wave and Arctic heating and AC was the only people available to come out same day. Came out within 2 hours of calling, repaired our bad capacitor within 10 minutes, they checked the other components of our AC system free of charge. They earned a customer for a lifetime!! Highly recommend.
