We had an excellent experience with Arctic Fox. We have a particularly difficult house to cool and they were able to assess our needs and provide us with the necessary products to efficiently cool our home. We appreciate their hard work to get our project done quicky and professionally and couldn't be happier with the results.

We interviewed a number of HVAC companies for the replacement of our heat pump and furnace and Arctic Fox was the only one to complete a full heat loss calculation to confidently size the units. Travis made the extra effort to repair our old furnace on a Saturday so that we could schedule the replacement until after our vacation and did not even charge us. I would definitely recommend Travis and Arctic Fox for your heating / cooling solution. We have a 1950s-era home in North Vancouver and wanted to replace our broken AC and our inefficient gas furnace with an electric heat pump. Hands on thoughtful service. Travis planned and installed a whole home heating and cooling system for our renovation project. Work include new equipment and all new ducting for our home renovation. Travis went out of his way to make sure that not only did everything work right, but looked great. All while navigating us through Fortis's funky rebate program. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
