Arctic Fox is the BEST! The team were super easy to work with, and did a very professional job. Travis and Jennifer were great communicators throughout. Then there were part supply issues, they made sure to keep me informed and did what they could to get things installed ASAP even though there were factors outside their control. The heat pumps do a fantastic job and have made our spaces so much more pleasant to be in. Can't recommend them enough!
We had an excellent experience with Arctic Fox. We have a particularly difficult house to cool and they were able to assess our needs and provide us with the necessary products to efficiently cool our home. We appreciate their hard work to get our project done quicky and professionally and couldn't be happier with the results.
We interviewed a number of HVAC companies for the replacement of our heat pump and furnace and Arctic Fox was the only one to complete a full heat loss calculation to confidently size the units. Travis made the extra effort to repair our old furnace on a Saturday so that we could schedule the replacement until after our vacation and did not even charge us. I would definitely recommend Travis and Arctic Fox for your heating / cooling solution. We have a 1950s-era home in North Vancouver and wanted to replace our broken AC and our inefficient gas furnace with an electric heat pump.
