Tried the cold plunge experience and loved it. The room was private, entrance was easy and there were even sets of gloves/boots along with towels for a completely supported experience. Excellent!

Melissa and Julianne was welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process with ease. We felt invigorated after our session and are eager to return to try their other offerings, such as the cold plunge and infrared sauna. Highly recommend this center for anyone looking to explore cryotherapy and its benefits.
Maddy and Jules are extremely helpful. Never have I ever felt more comfortable and refreshed. Definitely be sure to grab some organic date caramel!
I absolutely love Melissa 💖 she is a great listener! Today she used the sub zero on my knee and the surrounding area, and the pain relief was PURE BLISS!
