Jean-Michel was very thorough! We would like to have more information from the initial visit and sales quote, possibly a pamphlet or email outlining start to finish, what is expected to happen at each stage. Time-line for evacuation, etc. to make arrangements would have been better for us to prepare in advance, thank you.
