Arctic put foam insulation on our basement walls. I had quite a few questions about how I would need to prep the walls. Arctic answered them all quickly and in detail. They did the work exactly as I expected, and on schedule.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Great customer service from sales to install. Topped up attic insulation as we didnt have much maybe R20 upgraded to R60, they fixed a few things on top of that explaining everything as they went providing pictures as well. The attic is immaculate. Mariline and Andrii were awesome installers, very professional and highly skilled, knew exactly what they were doing 100% and cleaned like they were never here. Highly recommend!!!
Extremely disappointing experience. When I was buying my house, I received a quote of $1,345.16 (Feb 2025). After moving in, the quote suddenly increased to $1,623.16 (Aug 2025). The team came for the attic work on Sept 8, but couldn’t do anything — baffles were damaged, mold was found, and roof leaks (which were not part of the quote) had to be fixed by another company.
