Such a fun experience! Alyssa was so nice; we learned a lot about the dog-sled life and the land we hiked through. Do not expect this to be a normal walk in the woods with a dog, these dogs are raised to pull sleds and they will try to pull you. They are adorable, lively, and STRONG!
Alyssa was a fantastic guide for the hike! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong). You can tell the dogs here are really family. The dogs were so excited to see us and had such unique personalities. I ended up choosing my boy Tim for the hike and we quickly found out that he was more of a follower than a leader. So the walk was much easier once my wife’s Husky companion Yohan took the lead. Alyssa was great. She really knew her stuff. Dogs were friendly and clean. Both owners were very friendly and made a point to talk with us. Overall a good experience.
Many thanks to our guide, Alyssa! A fun & delightful morning was had by all, including the very friendly dogs! Rural entrance. Not walking distance from town~transportation/Uber is needed.
This tour/hike with husky dogs was great. Was fun spending time with the dogs. Be prepared to go on a 3 mile hike with some uphill. Wear outdoor clothing that can get dirty. The dogs are very friendly Our guide Alyssa was wonderful. Had a lot of information and can tell she has a passion for the dogs.
