Roberta is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Even though I moved, I still go to see her. I've had very unpleasant cleanings that also took a long time but that is not the case at Arctic Dental Hygiene. The cleaning (as always) was gentle and efficient. She is also beautiful inside and out! Thank you Roberta. I referred my neighbour and her young son to her who told me they also had a very pleasant experience.
I had a very positive experience with Arctic from the very beginning. Booking my cleaning appointment was extremely easy through Instagram messages. Before my visit, I received a questionnaire to provide my personal information and insurance details, so when I arrived everything was already prepared—no paperwork, no delays. I’ve been treated by both Isabelle and Roberta, and having dental hygienists with years of experience makes all the difference. The appointments go by quickly with great conversation, there’s no pain at all, and they’re both incredibly attentive and make you feel completely at ease. They gave me several helpful tips for managing my bruxism and improving my daily oral hygiene routine. Highly recommend!
