Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Our furnace went out last October. They came out and said the gas valve is bad. Ordered the valve and we never heard back from them. Between my wife and I we called them at least 50 times trying to figure out when it would be fixed. Every time we call the dispatcher says someone will call you within 30 minutes. Well that was 14 months ago and never heard a peep from them. My advice is stay far away from this company
This is an amazing company! Cool Today told me I probably had mold in my ac and needed a 17000 dollar unit! Eric came out and told me it was mildew. Cleaned it out and serviced the AC unit completely. He saved me 17000 dollars?! My entire family thought we were getting sick from mold we were so worried! And all that for nothing. MILDEW! Could not be more grateful to Eric and this team. They are wonderful. Will continue to call this place whenever I need AC repairs. Always super quick to come out and assess a problem and give honest, real support. Our AC unit is older and another company told us we’d have to replace the whole unit for 15k+. Eric came out and took a look and fixed the issue for under $500. He also gave us some advice for maintaining our older unit to keep it going for as long as it can. Eric was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
