Within an hour they arrived, diagnosed the issue. Soon after the issue was fixed. Very friendly and courteous.

I’ve had years of problems with my A/C thanks to the builder using an insufficient model for my size of home. Arctic came out (Eric) within 24 hours, explained the issues, got me a temporary fix for the meantime and advised what to expect in the future. Will definitely call them again in the future if the need is there.

I paid $375 to Arctic Cooling on May 10th, 2022 for a multi-year service plan. They performed one service on my unit. When I called to get my next service performed, I could never get anyone to return my call and set a service date. In the end, I just wrote off the money as a lesson in life and found another company, Apple Air, that was responsive and less expensive. My recommendation is to avoid this company.
