I paid $375 to Arctic Cooling on May 10th, 2022 for a multi-year service plan. They performed one service on my unit. When I called to get my next service performed, I could never get anyone to return my call and set a service date. In the end, I just wrote off the money as a lesson in life and found another company, Apple Air, that was responsive and less expensive. My recommendation is to avoid this company. Alex came out this afternoon to fix our air that went out last night. He was in and out in less than an hour. No extra fees for weekend service call and price was very reasonable. Make sure to call them for any of your air conditioning needs.

Reached out to Arctic Cooling to install a split unit I had purchased. They showed up to assess the unit and the room, provided pricing and agreed on install the following week. During installation, I mentioned something I didn't like and they corrected on the spot. Everything looks professional and the ducting/cable management looks superb on the outside. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Alex and Arctic Cooling and Refrigeration. When I contacted him regarding an issue my A/C was having, he was able to troubleshoot some potential issues with me without ever stepping foot on my property. His first hand knowledge saved us time and frustration and we will definitely be customers for life!
