Logan Utah location is seriously the best. The constant check in to make sure we didn’t need anything is a service that I hardly ever see anymore when dining out. Keep the good work and thank you for giving us a great experience. ❤️ Perdy
The service here used to be much better. These guys are super slow, and the night manager made small talk with every customer, even with a line waiting at the counter 4 deep. I try to give these guys a chance to win me back, but it's not happening. They have good food, but I always ask myself if it's worth the wait. They were working hard but severely understaffed for a Friday at 8 pm. The drive up line was a mile long...and you could hear frustration in the back. You have done better folks.
Did you know Arctic Circle has tater tots? I love all their ice cream things but they have so many other items to eat here that other fast food places don’t offer. They have these neat salads, shrimp baskets and of course my favorite tater tots and onion rings. I always love the flavor of their hamburgers as well.
We came thru the drive-thru & ordered taco salad, cookie shake & choc shake. After we paid & got our stuff, they forgot our receipt, & 1 more important thought, it out that my mom's taco salad was actually sogging. My mom was disappointed to find out about her salad. To the manager/supervisor & employees- please make sure to give the customers their receipts- for each order, & PLEASE try to keep checking on the salads in your store.
