Food is classic good and the customer service is great. Very friendly and the restaurant is clean.
Now, I'm not a fan of fast food myself, but I do have to give it to Arctic Circle for making some actual good food. The servers are friendly and are easy to talk to, the food is tasty, and the environment is pretty clean. I enjoyed my time here.

Halibut basket was the worst. Could not taste the fish. The coating tasted like reheated dirty oil. Will be my last time. Yuck

My husband and I went to the Bountiful Arctic Circle last evening around 8:30 p.m.to purchase ice cream. We ordered two cones and the gal that helped us got that mixed up. The ice cream was so soft that the cones could not "stand up" and were dripping as we took them from her hand. The really disgusting thing was how dirty it was. There were napkins and other debris on the floor; the area where napkins and straws are kept, had empty straw wrappers and, spilled liquids on it; the table we sat at had been wiped off, but our ha... read more
Took over 5 minutes for the person to take the order another 20 minutes sitting in the drive through. No apology for the excessive wait and the food was cold by the time I received it. I would not recommend anyone using this place. Save your money, the personnel are not properly supervised
Poor poor poor customer service. Food cold. Went through drive thru and ordered the shrimp and halibut meal, my favorite. A treat since I moved to Las Vegas recently. Here enjoying family. BUT....I requested additional sauces WHEN I ordered. The girl just hands me a folded up sack says Bye Bye. I checked for my Xtra sauces. No extra. I inquired as to WHY.....and she explains that it would be .80 cents more! I ordered food and got moldy sauce and an argument accrued between the the manager and myself. Very unprofessional and finally demanded my money back. The health department is notified of the undated condiments. The better business bureau also noted for the poor management. I used to love their food but am very diss appointed on how the situation was handled.
