Arctic Circle has been a Utah favorite for a long time, and this Layton location reminded me why. The smell of burgers on the grill hits you as soon as you walk in, and everything looked clean and well cared for. My food came out hot and fresh, with crispy fries and a burger that tasted like it was made to order rather than sitting under a heat lamp.
