2 kids and one adult all got food poisoning from the ice cream. That's all we ate. Ice cream had and off taste to it. The inside is very grungy. Table tops looked clean but booths, white chairs and brass railing are soiled. I have gotten sick before from the ice cream and thought it was just me. Not any more will not return. Used to be our favorite place to go.
Super bummed I didn’t get my mushroom burger so we paid $27 for a chicken sandwich, 5 mini corn dogs and two shakes. The shakes and corn dogs were good but just so sad about my mushroom burger man. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in the bag until we were on the freeway.
Last week I ordered taco salad. When I got home-shell was stale!! Ordered burger and fries today. Fries were cold, but Jamie said that they were good to eat. I informed her that they were cold. She still good to eat!! I wondered if she would eat cold meal with her bad hips!! Autos (2) and 1 inside got their food first. I would not recommend Artic Circle. Need to train employees: cold food is okay to serve!! I am done
Today, my wife and I wanted ice cream. We saw the drive thru line and decided to go inside. During our probably close to 10 minute wait to order, 3 staff members looked at us. Not one of them said anything to us while standing right in front of the cash register. No hello, no we'll be right with you, no sorry for the wait, nothing! Nobody in the parking lot, nobody in the drive thru. 35 minutes to get 2, 2 cheeseburger meals. Fries cold - room temperature. kitchen was staffed fully. Cheeseburger was extremely dry and leathery. Always loved artic circle. For the price and quality of the food will NEVER stop again. Watched a kid do a surface clean and then used the same rag to clean the ice cream machine 🤢
