UPDATED: BUYER BEWARE. Both my niece and nephew moved into a new subdivision a year apart. My niece has almost $3000 into her "brand new" AC unit (still under warranty) only after a couple years. She overheard the technician say, "effed up that we made them pay for it and it doesn't even work". My nephew is now experiencing issues after 5 years and they will cover the $150 part under warranty but not the labor or $1400 for freon. It's their installation failure. They were very professional, on time and courteous! Installed the thermostat, tested the system, explain how to use my new gadget and cleaned up! I am VERY satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend!
